The Return of the KING!
"Wang" in Chinese means "the king". So my getting back to Bonn can be put in such an exciting form as in the title...funny?
In primary school we are always asked to summarize our vacation at the beginning of new semester: Have I behaved good? Did I go anywhere? How did I like the vacation?...I used to hate doing so but now, when nobody asks me to summarize any part of my life, I begin to do it myself.
Let's make it more like the good old time:
------------------------------------
In this vacation I had a lot of intersting experiences. I travelled, I read book, and I enjoyed much. (a typical writing assignment of a summary, isn't it?)
The first exciting thing I did was travelling to SiChuan province in China. The mountains, lakes, and forests are so beautiful that I wish I could be there for longer, and for more than just this time. The protection of the natural environment was carried out strictly: One cigarette can cost the smoker 500 yuan (here is the other fancy part of my name...though it's not the right place to mention it...) at least. Maybe that's the main reason why the valley of JiuZhaiGou remains as picture-like as it should be. Sad as it is, the phenomenon that people can't stop doing wrongs unless heavily punished may continue to existfor a certain length of time.
Before starting Dragonlance, I didn't expect it to be that l-o-n-g. After "Chronicle"s I found "Legend"s; when legends terminates there comes the adventure of "The Second Generation"; even when nearly all main characters are dead they are not to rest in peace but fight a "War of Souls"...not to mention numerous relevant stories by authors other than Margret & Tracy. On top of them all, the series keeps growing and updating...However, I have to admit, the stories are really attractive--or I will not indulge myself in an ocean of dragonlances, cursing why I'm still not finished.
It is a coincidence that this year my birthday is the same as the traditional Mid-Autumn Day in China. It's not something to welcome, however, becuase normally I can have fun and celibrate two events whereas this time they are compressed into one. Needless to say, I ate doublefold delicious food to compensate this great loss.
In a word, this is an excellent vacation and would be perfect if it is longer!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
So much for fun and next will be study and work...miserable...
